Hello, and thank you for placing your order here with us at BSC Culinary. Attached is a copy of your order payment receipt, and an appliance specification package. Your appliances are now in order and have been requested from the manufacturer to be available by your expected installation timeframe.
Please note due to the demand and delayed production times from the manufacturer, product availability is subject to change. To help manage your appliance order and availability, we have created an order tracking portal on our website that allows you to check on the status of each appliance 24 7.
Please allow up to one week for product availability dates to populate in the system. Feel free to click on the order tracking link here. You’ll be prompted to enter in your appliance order number. To ensure a successful installation process, we would like to introduce you to our Constant Care Support Team.
Your order will be assigned an Order Success manager. Who will assist you to schedule the necessary steps and be with you as your main point of contact. From here on out, this is gonna include scheduling two executive pre-site, which will be conducted just to make sure that the site is ready for delivery and installation.
Since your appliances are going to be installed by our factory train and authorized installers, which is all supported by our Constant Care Plus, these pre-site are important because your final fit and finish site visit at the end of the installation. We’ll make sure that your appliances are properly working and aligned in order to also ensure a successful installation.
There are action items that you must make sure are complete and are communicated with your order Success manager. This is gonna include that the homeowner or project manager must be on site to meet and greet and go over the installation details on all the visits. Make sure that any modifications needed prior to installation have been completed.
A clear finished path of entry from the driveway into the home or backyard is free of debris that the appliances and crew can travel across with a dolly safely. All utilities, including water, electrical, and or gas, are turned onto the home on this scheduled date of installation. All appliances that accept a custom panel must have the custom panels on site with the handles pre-attached, and the screw headss for the handles counter sunk in the back of all panels.
The last one and the most important step here is that the homeowner or project manager needs to be present at the end of the installation. This is to go over the installation details and sign off with a signature. It’s important to note that any appliance not ready to be installed will turn into an in-home delivery drop-off, and a return installation date will need to be rescheduled.
That will require additional fees. Our Constant Care Support will contact you about scheduling your pre-site inspection and delivery and installation. Your Order Success manager will be in contact with you to inter introduce themselves shortly and set up a future meet and greet pre-site inspection date.
