To help manage your appliance order & availability, we have created an order tracker portal on our website that allows you to check on the status of each appliance 24/7. Please allow up to one week for the product availability dates to populate in the system.

In order to ensure a successful installation we would like to introduce you to our Constant Care Support Team. Your order will be assigned an Order Success Manager who will assist you to schedule the following necessary steps and be with you as your primary contact from here on out
- 2 executive pre-site inspections to make sure the site is ready for delivery and installation (Click here to see the Delivery and Installation Readiness Requirements)
- Your project will be assigned Factory trained authorized installers all supported by Constant Care Plus
- A final fit & finish visit to make sure appliances are properly working and aligned
In order to ensure a successful installation YOU will need to make sure the following action items are completed and ready and communicated with your order success manager
- The homeowner or project manager must be onsite to meet and greet and go over the installation details on all visits.
- Make sure that any modifications needed prior to installation have been completed
- A clear, finished path of entry from the driveway into the home or backyard free of debris that appliances and crew can travel across with a dolly safely.
- All utilities (water, electrical, and or gas) are turned on to the home on the scheduled date of installation
- All appliances that accept a custom panel must have the custom panels on site with the handles pre-attached and the screw heads for the handles countersunk in the back of the panels.
- The homeowner or project manager needs to be present at the end of the installation to go over the installation details and sign off with a signature.
It is important to note that any appliance not ready to be installed will turn into an in-home delivery drop off and a return installation date will need to be scheduled that will require added fees
Our Constant Care Support will contact you about scheduling your pre-site inspection and delivery/ installation. Your Success Manager will be in contact with you to introduce themselves shortly and set up a future meet and greet pre-site inspection date.
